This intensive training program is an ideal way to explore and begin a career in the financial services industry. Private Financial Services is a grouping of business units which have the collective goal of providing the best possible combination of products and services to an affluent client. This encompasses banking services, trust relationships and a wide array of investment products. Our goal is to insure that BOKF clients receive the best possible combination of products and services delivered by highly trained and competent BOKF personnel.

BOK Financial invites high-caliber college graduates to participate in this program. This is an ideal position for a person with a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other business related field. At least 12 hours of accounting as well as a minimum GPA of 3.2 is preferred. PFS candidates should exhibit initiative, responsibility, leadership, and strong sales skills. They should also possess strong interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities.

As a PFS trainee, three months of your training will consist of financial analysis training, all systems training and a complete BOK Financial organizational overview. Furthermore, you will spend up to 12 months during your training completing a series of rotations throughout many departments. This training will result in basic competency in both banking and trust services for the affluent client. This is a unique opportunity for you to develop a broad-based knowledge of the financial services industry.
