This intensive fifteen month training program is an ideal way to explore and begin a career in the financial services industry. BOK Financial invites high-caliber college graduates to participate in this program. The program is designed to benefit both graduate and undergraduate business degrees. At least 12 hours of accounting as well as a minimum GPA of 3.2 is preferred. RMDP candidates should exhibit initiative, responsibility, and leadership. They should also possess strong interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities.

As a relationship management trainee, three months of your training will consist of financial analysis training, all systems training and a complete BOK Financial organizational overview. Furthermore, you will spend up to 12 months during your training completing a series of rotations throughout many departments. This is a unique opportunity for you to develop a broad-based knowledge of the financial services industry.
