Important Information

1. Promotion applies to new extensions of credit only. Payments must be auto-debited from a qualified Bank account. Applications must be received no later than May 15, 2018. Promotion applies to loan requests of $75,000 or less. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. Restrictions may apply and all loans are subject to credit approval. The rate quoted is offered depending on the applicant’s excellent and substantial credit and key loan characteristics, including amount, term, vehicle age, and auto-debiting payments from a qualified account. Applicants with less than excellent and substantial credit may be offered a higher rate.

2. Rebate offer is valid for Clover purchases 4/30/18 - 5/5/18. Rebate will be credited to a Bank of Oklahoma Business Checking account 30 days after Clover product is utilized. Transactional fees will apply. Completed and signed agreement for Clover must be received by 5/11/18.

3. Set up fee for all Merchant Services is waived when added 4/30/18 - 5/5/18.

4. Set up fees are waived when added 4/30/18 - 5/5/18. For Small Business Office Deposit (SBOD), up to $479 savings represented by $99 set up fee, $30 first month’s fees, and $350 scanner. $400 fee will be applied to early termination of two-year SBOD commitment. Completed and signed agreement for SBOD must be received by 5/11/18.

5. BusinessSource set up fee is waived when added 4/30/18 - 5/5/18. Set up fee and first month’s fees combined represent a savings of up to $86.90. First month’s fees applies to monthly base fee plus any add on module fees selected by Client. Transactional fees will apply. Completed and signed agreement for BusinessSource must be received by 5/11/18.

6. In order to qualify for this promotion: (a) neither You nor any Your affiliates may be a current Paycor client, or have been a Paycor client in the preceding twelve (12) month period; (b) You must have not received any other discounts for any Paycor payroll services identified in the this Order; (c) this Order, the Client Services Agreement, and any applicable Other Agreements or Supplemental Agreements must be executed by You and returned to Paycor on or before June 30, 2018; (d) Your first payroll run date must be on or before November 30, 2018 (e) all services in this Order must be fully implemented on or before January 1, 2019 and (f) You may not terminate, cancel or unsubscribe from any services in this Order on or before January 1, 2020. If any of the conditions identified in (a) through (f) are not satisfied then all Credits issued under the Promotion will be reversed, and You agree that Paycor may charge You the value of such Credits and collect such amounts as otherwise permitted according to the terms of this Order, the CSA and the Paycor Terms. The parties understand and agree that neither Payroll Implementation Fees nor any other payrollrelated fees (including without limitation paycheck shipping and handling fees) are a part of the Promotion and that all fees other than the monthly or per-processing.
