Request Information

Small Business Office Deposit gives you the ability to scan all types of paper checks (including business to business checks) and send the scanned checks directly to us for processing. So the only difference in processing your checks with Small Business Office Deposit, is that you don’t have to make a trip to the banking center to do it.

View Your Reports

Gives you access to your deposit report and allows you to view your check images.

Accuracy

Allows you to view images of two checks at once so you can confirm you are not trying to deposit duplicate checks.

Convenience

Saves you time. You no longer have to make a trip to the bank just to deposit a check.

Faster Access to Your Money

Allows you to make deposits when YOU want to. You don’t have to worry about getting to the bank before it closes or other factors that typically get in the way such as bad weather, heavy traffic or employee vacations.

Reduced Costs

Saves you money. You don’t have to be out of the office or worry about spending a lot of money on gas.

How it works

  1. Using a new scanner from Bank of Oklahoma, scan each check using the Small Business Office Deposit web client version.
  2. Next, balance the deposit dollar amount to the sum of the scanned checks.
  3. Finally, securely transmit your deposit electronically to Bank of Oklahoma using the internet. With a final Image Quality Analysis (IQA) acceptance, the deposit receipt is confirmed and posted to your account.
