ENHANCED EXPRESSBANK MENU OPTIONS

We are excited to announce enhancements to our ExpressBank menu options and automated phone system. We’ve made a number of improvements with you in mind, to provide faster access to your account information.

Here’s what to expect from the upgrade:

New Automated Menu Options


We’ve eliminated steps between many common transactions and simplified the menu structure to help you get the information you need more quickly.

Here are the fast paths to our most common inquiries:

To hear your Account Balance

  • Press 1 for Existing Account
  • Authenticate using your account or debit card number and personal access code
  • Your balance will be provided

To hear Posted Transactions, Pending Transactions and Recent Deposits

  • Press 1 for Existing Account
  • Authenticate using your account or debit card number and personal access code
  • Your balance will be provided
  • Press 1 for Account Activity

Simplified Authentication


You’ll no longer need to re-enter your information to switch between accounts within the system. You’ll also have the option to use your debit card number to access your account information.

Additional Account Information


We’ve added more description information for debit card and ACH transactions for your convenience.

Improved Process for Transferring Funds


We’ll provide a list of accounts to choose from when making a transfer, so there’s no need to input each account number. In addition, you can initiate a transfer from multiple places within the menu.
