SAFE AND SECURE ACCESS

Your security is of the utmost importance to us, which is why we’ve built the following safe access tools:

  • You set your own security access password.
  • No personal data is stored on your device.
  • Close the app or logout and your session will end.
  • Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is always used to encrypt your personal information such as Usernames, Passwords, and account information over the Internet.

Your Role in Security

While Bank of Oklahoma works to protect your accounts, you also have a part. There are a number of steps you can take to ensure that your online experience on the Internet is safe and secure.

  • Most importantly, don't reveal your online Personal Information to anyone. Your online Username, Password, and Challenge Questions are designed to protect the privacy of your online information, but it will only work if you keep it private. If you think your online password has been compromised, change it immediately online.
  • Create passwords that are difficult for others to guess and change them often.
  • Don't leave your computer or mobile device unattended if you are in the middle of an Online or Mobile Banking session.
  • Once you have finished your Online or Mobile Banking session, always logoff off before visiting other sites on the Internet.
  • If anyone else is likely to use your computer, clear your browser cache or turn off your browser and re-start it in order to eliminate copies of web pages that have been stored on your hard drive. How you clear your cache will depend on the browser and version you have. This function is generally found in the browser's preferences menu.
  • Learn more about how to protect yourself by visiting these external resources about privacy and security.

To ensure the safety of your personal and account information, download Mobile Apps from reputable sources only.

If you have suspicions about the authenticity of a Mobile Banking App, web-enabled mobile device users can bookmark and visit our official Mobile Banking site.
