ONLINE INVESTING

With BOSC’s NetExchange Client service, you will have instant access to the information and tools you need to make self-directed investment decisions. You can conduct trades and control your investment portfolio online with access to quotes & news, investment ideas, market watch, and more at your fingertips, making investing simple and convenient.

Once you subscribe to NetExchange Client, you can access your BOSC accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It’s easy to get started too — all you need to do is contact your BOSC Financial Consultant to obtain your User ID and Password. Or if you prefer, you may call a BOSC Quality Service Representative at 1-800-364-1818, extension 6889.

As an experienced online provider of investing services, NetExchange Client has developed security measures to ensure the security of our clients’ finances and the confidentiality of their personal account information.

Encryption

Encryption helps protect your private information by scrambling it so that it cannot be intercepted and read by anyone else. When you visit a site that requires encryption, your browser will display a key or a lock. If you are not in a secure area, the key or lock will be broken.

NetExchange Client requires the use of a browser with 128-bit encryption which is the strongest form generally used on the internet today.

For Microsoft browsers: To check your level of encryption, go to the "File" menu, select "Properties", and then select "Security." Another way is to select "Help" then "About Internet Explorer."

If you are currently using a browser with 40-bit encryption, you will need to upgrade by downloading a Microsoft browser that provides 128-bit encryption.

Password

When you sign up to use NetExchange Client, BOSC will provide you with an ID and a password that you will use to log into NetExchange Client the first time. At that time you will be prompted to change the password. This password is required to access account information and enter trades. Your password is an essential tool for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account information.

Your NetExchange Client service comes with a 60-day free trial offer for new subscribers. After the first 60 days, your BOSC account will be charged $24.95 for a one-year subscription to the service. That’s less than $2.00 per month for the first 14 months. You may cancel your subscription at any time and receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

As a special consideration for NetExchange subscribers, BOSC is offering an automatic 50% discount from the standard stock commission schedule.
