Voluntary Account Alerts
These terms and conditions constitute the agreement ("Agreement") between you and BOKF, (the "Bank") with respect to the provision of Voluntary Account Alerts (the "Alert Service") related to your Mobile Access Services. Your use of the Alert Service constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. In this Agreement, the words "you" and "yours" mean each person who applied for the Service, and the terms "us" and "we" mean the Bank. This Agreement is in addition to, and does not replace or supersede, any other agreements between the parties.
The Alert Service is an extension of Digital Access. By downloading this application for the Alert Service, you agree to remain bound by the Online Access and Mobile Access Terms and Conditions located here and Online Bill Pay (if applicable) Terms and Conditions located here. All Terms and Conditions applicable to Online Access and Mobile Access also apply to the Alert Service. You also agree to download all updates and/or new versions of the Alert Service when alerted by us of such updates and/or new versions.
The Alert Service components are voluntary and must be activated by you ("Voluntary Account Alerts").
- Voluntary Account Alerts allow you to choose alert messages for your accounts. We may add new alerts from time to time, or cancel old alerts. We usually notify you when we cancel alerts, but are not obligated to do so.
- Each alert has different options available, and you will be asked to select from among these options upon activation of your alerts service.
Voluntary Account Alerts are subject to the following:
- Alerts will be sent to the email address you have provided as your primary email address for Online Access. You can also choose to have alerts sent to a secondary email address or a mobile device that can receive our Mobile App Alerts through a push notification system. If your email address changes, you are responsible for informing us of that change. While the Bank does not charge for the delivery of the Voluntary Account Alerts, please be advised that data charges or rates may be imposed by your carrier. Changes to your primary and secondary email addresses will apply to all of your Voluntary Account Alerts.
- You understand and agree that your Voluntary Account Alerts may be delayed or prevented by a variety of factors. We do our best to provide Voluntary Account Alerts in a timely manner with accurate information. We neither guarantee the delivery nor the accuracy of the contents of any Voluntary Account Alert. You also agree that we shall not be liable for any delays, failure to deliver, or misdirected delivery of any Voluntary Account Alert; for any errors in the content of an alert; or for any actions taken or not taken by you or any third party in reliance of an alert.
- Because Voluntary Account Alerts are not encrypted, we will never include your passcode or full account number. However, Voluntary Account Alerts may include your name and some information about your accounts. Depending upon which Voluntary Account Alerts you select, information such as your account balance or the due date for your credit card payment may be included. Anyone with access to your email will be able to view the contents of these alerts.

Mobile Access
These terms and conditions constitute the agreement ("Agreement") between you and Bank of Oklahoma, ("Bank") with respect to the provision of Mobile Access Services (the "Service") to you. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. In this Agreement, the words "you" and "yours" mean each person who applied for the Service, and the terms "us" and "we" mean the Bank. This Agreement is in addition to, and does not replace or supersede, any other agreements between the parties.
Mobile Access is an extension of Online Access. All Terms and Conditions applicable to Online Access also apply. To bank using Mobile Access, you will be required to use your Online Access username and password. By downloading this application for the Service or accessing Online Access via a mobile device, you agree to remain bound by the Online Access and Online BillPay (if applicable) Terms and Conditions. You agree to download all updates and/or new versions of Mobile Access when alerted by us of such updates and/or new versions.
We do not guarantee all features available through Online Access will also be available through Mobile Access. In order to use Online BillPay via a mobile device, you must first enroll in Business Online BillPay through Online Access on our website.
We may log your location when using Mobile Access. Such information may be used by us for marketing purposes, but will not be made publicly available or otherwise shared. Some mobile devices may allow you to disable this feature and block our ability to view your location when using Mobile Access. Please follow the directions for doing so provided by the manufacturer of your mobile device.
