He earned his bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. After graduating, Chad started his career in the mortgage banking industry serving on several committees, acted as education chair for the State of Oklahoma, and performed different roles within the mortgage process. As a husband and a father of two amazing children, it is important to Chad that his clients know he understands their goals and challenges.
