Answers to some frequently asked questions during this transition

  • What if I am enrolled in automatic payments with my previous mortgage servicer?

    If you were enrolled with your previous servicer to have your mortgage payment automatically debited from your account, please note this service cannot be transferred to Bank of Oklahoma. To enroll with Bank of Oklahoma for this cost-free, convenient service, click here.

  • What about payments made to my prior servicer?

    During the 60-day period following the effective date of the transfer of the loan servicing, a loan payment received by your old servicer before its due date may not be treated by the new loan servicer as late.

  • What about partial payments received?

    If a periodic payment is made for less than the full payment amount due, we may hold the funds in a separate account until you pay the remainder of the payment. Upon receipt of the full payment amount, we will apply the full periodic payment to your loan.
