"The ACT program gives people a unique opportunity to learn about the company, our culture, and our business leaders, while preparing participants for the challenges associated with Commercial Banking and the Financial Services Industry. Through credit training, case studies, and departmental rotations, you really add value to your team and the organization." -Danny

"The ACT program provides its participants with a solid foundation in credit risk analysis which is critical to becoming a successful commercial banker. Upon completion of the program, I was immediately able to support my team of bankers as an analyst. I have now translated those same credit skills into my role as a commercial banker, helping my clients to develop long term financial solutions." -Mandy
