  • Developing private bankers, trust officers, portfolio managers, and investment professionals.
  • The first portion of the program consists of three months of financial analysis training, systems training, a complete BOK Financial organizational overview and the opportunity to meet with all of the BOK Financial Executives including our CEO.
  • The second portion of the program is 12 months consisting of rotations in all wealth management lines of business including BOK Financial Securities, Inc., institutional wealth management, Cavanal Hill investments, portfolio management, and trust.
  • After completion of the training program, trainees will be placed as analysts to continue development for promotional opportunities.


  • Earned a BBA with a finance or accounting concentration
  • A minimum of nine hours of Accounting (Intermediate 1 is required), 12 hours of Finance is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.2
  • Leadership skills and community involvement
